Practice what you preach

I don't believe in perfection but I believe you can get to a point with yourself where you truly feel at peace with who you are and steer the direction your life is going towards.

That's where I am right now. That's where I want you to be as well.

I have done a ton of work on myself in the last few years because I was TIRED of seeing my life pass by.

I've always been a go-getter. I intend to stay this way and that's why I know I'm a good coach. I don't just "give advice" I internalize and do the work myself.

I'm only a few steps down the road from where you are. A few tips that have helped me become more grounded are below.

1. Understand your values beneath the surface level. News flash, they may differ from your partners and that's OK. This is about you and no one else. Make a top 10 list but leave off all the "be happy" and "raise good kids" surface level out of it.

2. Be kind to yourself. We are our worst critics and we all have a voice inside questioning our success or waiting for the other shoe to drop. Be kind to yourself. You haven't gotten to this point in life by pure luck- you have been working towards it the whole time.

3. Say YES more. One of the best quotes I have ever heard is: The real reason most of us don't do something is because we are the ones who talk ourselves out of it. So have more FUN, have more ADVENTURE, have more LAUGHS, and enjoy life.
